-If the seller is a Company(LLC), the bill of sale must be on the business letter head.

-If its from a person/individual, it can be hand written.

-Must be in English or translated in English

-The Bill of sale should have the following information

         -Make, Model, Year and VIN

         -Seller Name and Address

         -Buyer Name

         -Price

         -Purchase Date

         -Signed and Print of both Seller/Buyer Names
